Good Luck to you. Just a FYI - You can ask any REO Lisitng Agent, if you can do an open house. They'll let you do it, if they are overwhelm. Asset Management policy is no listing agent can do a dual agency. Just pick the best area that sells. You can even advertise it on craigslist.org as long as you have their permission.

Nina,

You do have to be on their website to get the BPO before the other agents get them by email. This is the best way to enter into the REO business.
