Rotating Sequence Description: Ad’s will rotate every 60 seconds. A maximum of three ads on each banner so that each ad will appear every 120 seconds and stay up for 60 seconds.

Ad’s can be purchased in one of either of the three sizes available. Prices will be adjusted to reflect the size of ad purchased.
For example…. Your First, Single Month Ad at 1/3 size would be calculated as…. ……………………..$500.00 x .33 = $165.00

A = Full Size (Ad Purchase Price will be Full Price)
B = 2/3 Size (Ad Purchase Price will reflect a 2/3 calculation)
C = 1/3 Size (Ad Purchase Price will reflect a 1/3 calculation)

Our Webmaster: Adam Cothron is our Web Master / Designer and can be reached at SomeDayDavinci@yahoo.com. All ads must be approved by him. If you do not have your own art work or are in need of a designer to put your banner ad together Adam is available and his pricing is below.

These prices do not include your Ad purchase.

$25 to post pre-made artwork.
$50 for taking existing artwork and making revisions.
$99 for creating original artwork.

Additional graphic design, contact for pricing/quotes. On a per hour basis.

Legal Terms and Conditions:

License and Warranties. Advertiser hereby grants REOPro the right to market, display, reproduce (including compression and temporary storage), distribute, perform, transmit and promote the advertisements together with any content or materials on any interactive site linked to the advertisements through the REOPro.com website.

Advertiser certifies that it has all necessary rights and permissions to offer, sell and or license such products and services through the advertisements and the Advertiser’s website, and that the advertisements and the Advertiser’s website do not and will not violate any applicable laws or regulations or any third-party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights), or contain any libelous or defamatory materials.

Advertiser certifies that the advertisements and the Advertiser’s website will at all times comply with all standard, written policies applicable to REOPro.com, including the advertising specifications.

REOPro reserves the right to edit, revise or reject any advertising. All advertising is subject to the Terms set herein.

REOPro shall be under no liability whatsoever by reason of error for which it may be responsible in any advertisement beyond the liability to give the advertiser or advertising agency credit for as much of the space occupied by the advertisement as it materially affected by the error; and it’s obligation to give such credit shall not apply to more than one incorrect insertion under any contract or order unless it is notified of the inaccuracy prior to the deadline for repetition of the insertion

The advertiser assume liability for all content (including text representations and illustrations) of advertisement published and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against REOPro, including cost associated with defending against such a claim.

REOPro shall be under no liability for its failure for any cause to insert an advertisement. Charges for changes (not corrections) from original layout and copy are below….. Advertisers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the proofs they request. The advertiser should carefully check the entire ad proof, including areas in which changes or corrections were not requested. No Guarantee: We make no guarantee or warrantees, expressed, implied or written that your advertisement will generate clicks or business for you.
