National REO Brokers Association has been the best investment I have ever made, took my company from "getting by" to "making a profit". Check out NRBA.com and feel free to use me as a referral.
We are looking to build a strong team of Realtors to work with in your area in order to be better able to service our lenders in the disposition process of their REO properties. Please contact us at 888-771-9222 or by going to our website at www.absreo.com and clicking on the Join Now button.
Funds are not available as much as I would love to go. I hope you have fun!!!!! I will be thinking for you all. Is there a website for NDFRA yet? and can I join up or are you still in the development stage. Anything I can do to help just let me know.
Hey stranger, I am just checking up on your status with NSFRA. Has it come to fruition yet? Is there anything I can do to help you with it? Remember me, I am in SC and just waiting to help with whatever I can.
Thanks - Beth Ross
Hi Good Looking,
Just trying to keep up with business. Have expanded my staff from 3 to 5 this week in anticipation of what is to come. Have taken on 5 new agents. Get this 2 Developers, 2-builders and an appraiser. Also looking for a managing broker to work with the agents so I can concentrate on getting more business.
I just finish early this month getting all of the issues that I had settled with Vista. I couldn't get the system to update. Thankfully, I had a chance to get my system working right again. I was at the point of calling in Microsoft but they responded so late that I had solved the year old mountain of problems. Always keep backup systems in place when you upgrade so that you aren't out of business. I am not going to upgrade to Window 7 on this system. I will wait until they start selling Window 7 on the new systems. I can't wait either until that time. I'm like a kid waiting on a new toy. When you do upgrades, it has always been big issues with hardware and software not working together on PCs. I am from the old computer age of DOS with only text on your monitor. We have come a long way since those days. The technology today can take you into endless ways of production. Please, try to learn it and use it. It will help your bottome line.
Specking about NRBA today...you have to check on their web site if you are in a file...you may call to double check...I re-submit my application in April...& still waiting....& checking in order do not get lost...
Marc, it took me 8 months to get approved back in 2005 and now I hear the wait list over 1 year with hundreds of applications being submitted monthly, it is very onerwhelming right now in the application department, they are in serious overload, but one word of advise to all, unless the applicants have REO experience and good references from Asset Managers the applicant will not be approved. Anyone wanting to break into REO without experience will need to apply after they have established themselves in REO. It is good that you are in the system. I suggest looking up the Master Broker in both states and schedule an appointment to meet with them and get to know them and ask for their advise, I hope this helps, hang in there! Which two states are you in?
