any tips we can exchange are valuable. I am doping a lot of BPOs' at that time and was lucky to 5 REO listing earlier in the year, but nothing now only hoping !
I have a feeling that my BPO are converted into REO listing to some who don't bother anyway.
Thanks for the recent blog post however, in my opinoin it really isn't so much a blog vs. a referral. Rather than sending out a blanket referral request, try doing an Advanced Memeber search for agent in Vegas and contact them directly.

How are things in Palm Beach - that's my old "stomping grounds" - where I grew up and got into the real estate business way back when the MLS was in book form! I've never seen a market like this - what a ride! Just give a call if you ever need a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area ;-)
