Wow, that is great! It has been pretty busy for me as well. I have been invited to respond to Fannie RFX back in December and they said it was going to take 6 weeks or so to hear back. I'm still waiting to hear back from Fannie. What sort of questions did they ask you on their phone interview? I'm glad to hear you are doing well.
Hi Brent--- my email addy is rose.mencia@gmail.com... I dont know too much about home telos , but I can help u w/ ofori or reo in general. I almost dont do any reo's as the market over hear is at a stand still w/ the last moratorium still in place.. Only a few of the big guys are getting deals, possibly 2-3 per month as opposed to 30 per month we used to get. Others are paying very high fee's and low 1.5% commissions, I won't do that... so, hud is my next best deal untill some of the shadow inventory is released ( by the way- I dont believe it WILL be released, I feel it will all go to bulk sales..... just my 2 cents....)
Anyhow....How is NRBA going? I dropped out when I left my ex.... he may still be in there...... ....are you getting any preferencial business because of it?? I have too be honest, I got into Homeq and citi because I was NRBA.... that was then.... now theres nothing to get into??? Have they had any pull on your applications?? Am curious???
