I am wondering if you are looking for a BPO virtual assistant. I believe that my past experience for over 3 years handling and managing team that specifically working on BPO for Real Estate Agent's in US( different States and different valuation companies) will best suit to the job, I myself have a vast knowledge in understanding the market and locating all necessary information such as tax or public records, analyzing the neighborhood trend and pulling the best comparables that will back up the price opinion of the subject property.Some of my client also send comparables and additional informations and I just do the data entry. I do understand the workframe and the nature of the job, the quality needed to maintain high rating score of the agent's account to get more assignments from the valuation company. Hey Carolyn! Godd to see you again. We met in Corona/Norco area, working with Advantage Capital. I am fairly new to the site. I've read alot of the blogs, and forums, and there is good information here. I would like to share some ideas with you.
That's actually my mother's name (lol.). Anyway, glad to hear you have snagged some REOs. It's rough out here for some but I have been lucky to have a nice flow over the past 5.5 years. It's not huge like many I hear about on the forum but I won't complain. I have so many more companies to sign up with this week as I have a strong sense that there's more to come for me and I am steadily growing the business with my mom. Hopefully by late 2009 or early 2010 we will have a commercial space open as we do everything now from my home. I have a very large bonus room over my garage so we use that as office space. It's working and we have a couple home based agents underneath us but I'd love to expand with more agents and have our office focus primarily on the REO aspect of the industry as we do now and maybe a buyer's division as well. Anyway...goals goals!!! Let's see what happens with our economy first. Well, good luck with everything. Shoot any questions you have my way and I'll do the same.
