I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one to listing. Even following up still none have gone forward to sell their homes. This is very thoughtful and the professional approach to share this list. I'm on the Gulf of Mexico Coast of Florida, and our foreclosure market continues to mushroom. I figure since these properties need to be sold, it might as well be by experienced, professional agents. I"ve already listed several, and more in the pipeline.

Like you, I am new here and hopefully like me, you see the potential that this social network has to offer and the great advantages we have by being in on the ground floor.
Of course, the only way there will be a benefit is if we collectively get active and stay active in the group.
