.I have the same standards. If it’s a client that produces listings for me I willing go and prepare the BPOS. However, if you do the BPOS fro client with no listing in site you can make your self go crazy for small amounts of money and no listings. I have heard some agents hire a BPO staff member only. But, this in areas that are urban where comps are easy and not a lot of travel required. Then the time spent is cost effective
