Thank you for your comment. I contacted Land America about doing the REO listings. They sent me an REO application which requires four years of previous REO listing and selling experience complete with three references contact information for the asset managers. I don't have that experience or references, therefore I did not fill out the application. It seems that there are two divisions REO and BPO and the BPO's don't lead to listings unless you are also approved by the REO division.
I am a Real Estate agent who is looking for introductions, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have recently closed on one REO as a team member and I have been doing BPO's for 3 years now. In my market I specialze in Pre Foreclosures and Short Sales and I have several agents who refer short sales to me. Can you give me any info on how I can break into the REO's.
