They sent me an REO application which requires four years of previous REO listing and selling experience complete with three references contact information for the asset managers. I don't have that experience or references, therefore I did not fill out the application. It seems that there are two divisions REO and BPO and the BPO's don't lead to listings unless you are also approved by the REO division.
