Winterization

This is my favorite time of year, except the winterization part. Our local gas company will not turn on gas without power and water. The Banks are ordering winterizations on all there inventory as of 10-1-09. We turn on power & water and verify both services are working and then request gas service, then two days later we find a note on door from gas company, no water, so no gas....driving me crazy. I am attemping to get a feel for this company. I need your assistance.

I Just had a long conversation w/ REO DIRECT PARTNERS Rep. Casey. He stated he was an AM and that they are now starting to service the West Coast, So. Cal. area. Have you received any listings from this Co. If so, any and all feed back would be greatly appreciated.
