Hi, I get most of my REO work from Res Net. On got there from doing BPO's for Land America, which led me to Old Republic Default Servicing when LandAm lost the Greenpoint contract. OR then got a Fannie Mae contract as well as Litton and some others and it mushroomed from there. I suggest you look into Res Net. I am NOT a fan of paid sites, but Res Net has been GREAT to me. Many companies are looking to Res Net for their platform. I recommend you look at Keystone Asset Management. I did a rush order for them, by broadcast last week, and they sent me DIRECT an interior I am doing today. They are a source of REO as well. They take a 30% fee if you get the listing. Being a stand alone myself, I can do this. I suggest you try Goodman Dean and in my Yahoo REO-BPO group many across the country have been having good luck with USRES (free BPO's).I quit them over a year ago, after doing 40+ BPO's and not listings. I recently resumed due to the good press they are getting from members of the Yahoo group. I strongly suggest Land America as well. If you want, I can send you a list of companies to consider, just e-mail me at: firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know you want the list.
