- I've been in the REO business for a about 10 years. I also have 5 years experience as an Appraiser. I've appraised everything! Vacant land, residential properties, shopping malls, gas stations and even a few churches. I love my job. I get a lot of satisfaction delivering a report that is well put together from the beginning to the end. Knowing your job and cutting back on mistakes is a huge time saver for everyone. I have been certified through several companies and am always on the look out for a new course to take to improve on my business.
