REO is My Business -

Ed began his professional career in the mortgage industry in 1996. Within 5 years, he was managing the company's Real Estate Owned portfolio as the REO department head, working closely with Real Estate agents to sell corporate owned properties. He then went to Florida's prestigous Sanibel Island, where he managed listings and sales of luxury homes with a top Island Real Estate team. After 7 years, Ed returned to NJ and to his roots in Real Estate, where he listed and sold REO properties exclusively. Ed has recently returned home to Morris County and has joined long time friend and Broker Larry Brush at William Lawrence Agency on Main Street in Boonton. William Lawrence Agency has a collaborative team of Real Estate Professionals from all facets of the industry. WLA can do it all!

I am formerly from New Jersey and worked as a real estate agent / investor there some years ago before moving to the West Coast.  I am a real estate broker in California but still have family ties in the Garden state.

Thanks for your informative blog on the REO situation in New Jersey.
