I specialize in bank owned / foreclosure (REO) properties. I am experienced, within 6 Years Professional Real Estate Sales Experience, 2 Years Experience selling REO
Me and my REO team work to expedite the liquidation of your assignments in the most efficient manner at the lowest cost to the client with a closing ratio of 98.5% to BPO and list price.
My team closes the gaps that lead to BOM’s and requests for extensions by pre qualifying all buyers PRIOR to submitting offers for review; this is why we also do work directly with a team of direct lenders being able to close any deal in 7 days or less to expedite the liquidation of any assignments.
We have a Network of licensed & bonded contractors offering asset preservation services including: Repairs, Re-key, trash out, board ups, yard & pool maintenance, security, rehab, plumbing, electrical and winterization. Inventory Management: New Invoice Software User, DispoSolutions, REOTrans and RES.NET. Full time staff to include transaction coordinator, Trained Back Office and Field Team.
I am an expert in the areas I cover. Our team provides expert valuations with accurate BPO’s. We price REO listings so that they will sell for the highest price in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of liability. I and my team are tri-lingual: English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently. I am a market expert in my area for valuations and an REO Listing Specialist.
In addition, our team is in place that assists 24/ 7 in marketing your assets in a number of ways and using numerous mediums. Including but not limited to the web, print ads, mailers, open houses and International Advertise for Investors. And the most important for us is to liquidate your assets for the highest dollar amount and less stressful way possible.
My goal is to continue to meet and exceed the expectations of my current Investors, Asset Managers, and Clients. I also strive to develop new relationships within the Real Estate Community.
