I always close with going for a listing yet to date most believe the government is going to bail them out!

Do me a favor if you would, send me a direct e mail address to you so I can include you in my contact list. I send out anouncements and other information to all my realtors, it's nice to know if there is something we aren't aware of. Including new listings and about borrowers who have a certain type of home that they are looking for. You may just have that home that these people are looking for.
