NAR Study says 85% of Buyers and Sellers want video, but only 12% of Realtors even have Youtube Channels

I have heard more than just rumors that Lenders with REO's are very closely looking at how Realtors use video to promote their properties.   Clearly the 85% demand number is going to move our industry.  In fact I know of a growing Brokerage here in San Diego, that is offering video support to the right, hard working, agents as an inducement to join their firm.

 I have recently had some problems with B of A up  including upper management.  They tell us that they are working in good faith to close short sales and then want more than market value. WE CAN NOT SELL FOR MORE THAN MARKET... I have many such cases of this.  I have several problematic files that they have ignored and I can not bring attention to even after being escalated.

I have been doing a polite battle with the Banks for sometime on Short Sales.  I have also been working with my Congressman and State Association of Realtors on the whole short sale system, hamp & hafa..  So the idea came to mind to post on the blog and do an e mail follow up.   And Kaboom the blog went nuts.  I just told my e mail friends I posted the comment and they made it go nuts.  This was not an advertisement for money, rather it was to help the community.

utilize a serice called Foreclosure Radar that tracks all Notice of Defaults, Notice of Trustee Sales, and Foreclosures. Today it seems that every Notice of Trustee Sale has been canceled. This it just to strange to be true. I called the Company to insure this was not an error to the data field and they assured me it was not. HAS THE FED FROZEN THE SYSTEM? Is news about to hit ... did we figure it out first?

Any one in their area see anything like this ?

Just to update the continuing saga of......The Legacy asset program is apparently still not off the ground. I have a client that is hot to buy a development and one offer has been in cyberspace for over four weeks and the other is just getting started. What bothers me about this deal is that the listing agent is the defaulted builders' mother. I'm not even sure she still has the listing but I can't get my fingernails under this any other way. Oh yeah....we still have not heard word one on either offer. Sound familiar ?? ;)

I totally agree. Flux is putting it nicely. I heard that precient had a cut off but they allowed me to register and the FDIC has more hints than anything. No real registration for the assets that I can find. It has to be coming though. I'm still following up with the banks that own my banks now. They don't have the properties anymore but they know more than I do about where they went. I'll keep you posted.
