About a month ago, I woke from a dream as if I was directed. Everyone knows what it is like to come to a fully conscious state with no lag time, this is not a new event in anyone’s life, but what I was thinking about was new.

The Public Broadcasting System, Bill Moyers Special From April 3rd. The link if you missed it..

This is by far the best news piece I have seen on the credit crisis created by housing and the road to recovery. It does not take "Party" sides. It features Willam Black an Econ and Law Professor who worked as a regulator during the Saving and Loan Scandel in the 1990s.

utilize a serice called Foreclosure Radar that tracks all Notice of Defaults, Notice of Trustee Sales, and Foreclosures. Today it seems that every Notice of Trustee Sale has been canceled. This it just to strange to be true. I called the Company to insure this was not an error to the data field and they assured me it was not. HAS THE FED FROZEN THE SYSTEM? Is news about to hit ... did we figure it out first?

Any one in their area see anything like this ?

Just to update the continuing saga of......The Legacy asset program is apparently still not off the ground. I have a client that is hot to buy a development and one offer has been in cyberspace for over four weeks and the other is just getting started. What bothers me about this deal is that the listing agent is the defaulted builders' mother. I'm not even sure she still has the listing but I can't get my fingernails under this any other way. Oh yeah....we still have not heard word one on either offer. Sound familiar ?? ;)

I totally agree. Flux is putting it nicely. I heard that precient had a cut off but they allowed me to register and the FDIC has more hints than anything. No real registration for the assets that I can find. It has to be coming though. I'm still following up with the banks that own my banks now. They don't have the properties anymore but they know more than I do about where they went. I'll keep you posted.
