I have nearly seven years experience working with REO properties. I am proficient in working cash for keys matters, evictions, trash outs, lock changes, renovations and getting properties sold. I am a member of RES.NET, Reotrans and Realtrans. I have obtained my CDPE designation in the Fall of 2009.

I am a detailed oriented and adhere to old fashion work ethics combined with cutting edge modern technology. My extra effort produces superior results. Among the lenders that I have successfully closed out distressed properties are Ocwen, Wells Fargo, Eagle Bank and Citibank. I have worked with the following asset management companies: Ocwen, Old Republic, First American and Clear Capital.

I have been certified as a REO Specialist by NFSTII and I have been certified to broker HUD properties.

I service Washington, DC, Montgomery County (MD), Prince Geroge's County (MD) and Howard County (MD). Other Maryland counties are serviced on a case by case basis.
