What I love most about Titanium is that it's a never ending Lead Source for business and getting Listings. Also we're helping some Homeowner's avoid Foreclosure if they can. The fee may be a small amount, but they are essentially paying you and giving you Leads! Also, they are a very Honest company to work for. This is a company you want to work for as they are adding an REO Division next year. They have created another soruce of income for HRC'S. I do more BPO's for them than I do HRC assignments and I enjoy working on Litton BPO's for Titanium. Also Titanium pays within 2 weeks of doing the BPO's.
Regarding NRBA, I applied in August and my application is now pending. I don't expect to hear from them anytime soon, maybe 9 months from now.
Regarding NFSTI, it's all about REO education. It's a great site and I've learned a lot and have taken the online certification they offer. I don't think Asset Manager's visit this site and choose Agents.
