I am also a hard-nosed, aggressive, ambituous REO Listing Agent. I handle REO's from Hernando County all the way south to Collier County. My partner's and I have several locations spread out within 30-mile radius' of one-another, so that we may service each of the individual markets with an unparalleled experience for our Asset Managers and REO Clients.
My team & I average 105.80% of list price on our REO Assets. With an average time on market of just over 16 days, and an average days to close just over 26 days. We truly offer one-on-one customer service for each marketplace, giving our Asset Managers the ability to speak directly to myself or my partner, while we handle wrangling the individual assets, agents, vendors, and buyers alike!
We're ready for more REO business in 2010 & 2011, as we are implementing a new consulting group for our office, as well as a great buying tool for Foreclosure properties. Parker Property Consulting (PPC) offers services to local HOA's who are having a hard time obtaining back HOA dues from "underwater mortgage holders" & the banks that have Foreclosed upon them, as well as offering Property Management at a contractual basis. In addition, PPC can assist in developing exit strategies for any investor w/a portfolio of Real Estate Owned (REO).
