Our law firm is a product of the current economic situation, and the merger of two very unique, complimentary law practices.
While at Morris Hardwick Schneider, I was taught the REO business as seen by the large National Default Law Firms. I saw their strengths and weaknesses, and used that experience to build a boutique REO firm. Our Firm provides our Clients and Listing Agents with a level of experience you normally find at a large firm, combined with a level of service you can find only in a small firm. We do not do foreclosures... we only do the REO.
One of the most important things we have woven into the fiber of our business plan is the importance of the REO Listing Agents. With out you we are working blind, and we would never be able to close. We go to great lengths to assist our local agents and agents across the country. I have found that I learn a lot of practical skills from the listing agent. I have also found that the more I educate the beginners the easier my job is when they have an asset come through my office.
As a member of the NRBA, I have been fortunate enough to meet Agents across the country. And have set up a broad network of REO resources across the country.
REO is REO regardless of the state. Its true there are some state to state distinctions, but the general idea is the same... we are here to bounce stuff off of...
