It’s about 10:30 am and the phone rings, it’s a potential buyer for a property I just listed. He says he has been waiting for a property in this neighborhood to come up on the market and is ready to put down an offer today but, he needs to see the property first. As a faithful, good Realtor, I offer to meet him out at the house in 30 minutes or 11:00 am. He says fine, he will see me there.

Hi:

I need your help:0) I had three REO listings with Single Source. The lenders have sold, and moved from Single Source, to Nationstar two weeks ago. I was told they were keeping the listing agents. I was not given any contact information. I was able to track down Nationstar, called left message. My concern is now I have paid bills for the properties, plus I have offers being written.

I know other agents were effected by this transfer also. I would love to here from them.

Jesse, one for the AM - How do we find out which outsourcers have which areas? With the expenses of registration/certification for many, it is a waste of time & money to sign up for companies that don't do business in our respective states. Any suggestions on how to narrow down the field?

Hi Jesse,

thank you first of all for making yourself available to help.. I am working on a short sale with a BofA first and a Flagstar second. BofA has already approved the short sale for HAFA and I am trying to have Flagstar move the process along now going on 3 months. They said they take 6 months to approve the short sale and they will not make any exceptions. Have you had any experience with them and if so is this the case? My seller is getting ready to throw in the towel and the buyer is ready to walk.. Please anything that you can advise will greatly appreciated.
