Who I am and what I am all about.

My name is Jesus D. Gonzalez aka Jesse and, I am the Network Manager for REOPro.NING.com. I live in Hermitage, TN a quiet suburb of Nashville, Music City Capital of the World and, home of Hee-Haw, if any of you remember that?

I am a proud member of LinkedIn, a professional networking site dedicated to helping people with finding jobs and opportunities for advancement. I am also a active blogger on my own website, www.JesseGonzalezRealEstate.com as well as www.Localism.com and www.ActiveRain.com. Of course, I can’t leave out my favorite place to blog and that is www.REOPro.NING.com, where you are reading this short bio now.

My overall vision for this network is to ultimately create a agent database of highly skilled and qualified people of whom the Default Servicing Industry actively and aggressively seeks out to service their Default Real Estate Portfolio’s. This is of course a long term vision however, I strive every day to make it a reality.

Sorry about the misunderstanding on my 1st blog. I was so excited after 16 in years in real estate and this is my first company and it is only my 6th yr. here in Iowa.
Also the client that I sold their was a graphic artist and designed my signs & cards. That was very special for me. I sold them the house when they purchase & sold it again when they moved.

Jesse,

I am representing a buyer right now who gave a full price offer on a house that the listing agent said we needed to use the sellers name as "Gulf Coast Home Buyers Services LLC"

It appears, this Gulf Coast Home Buyer is actually the Loss Mitigator who negotiated the short sale. The title company, also located in the same building as the loss mitigator and the realty company, stated that Gulf Coast Home Buyer does not have to disclose his fee or option price and if the buyer wants the property, they have to play the game..doesn't this violate any RESPA law?
