Who I am and what I am all about.

My name is Jesus D. Gonzalez aka Jesse and, I am the Network Manager for REOPro.NING.com. I live in Hermitage, TN a quiet suburb of Nashville, Music City Capital of the World and, home of Hee-Haw, if any of you remember that?

I am a proud member of LinkedIn, a professional networking site dedicated to helping people with finding jobs and opportunities for advancement. I am also a active blogger on my own website, www.JesseGonzalezRealEstate.com as well as www.Localism.com and www.ActiveRain.com. Of course, I can’t leave out my favorite place to blog and that is www.REOPro.NING.com, where you are reading this short bio now.

My overall vision for this network is to ultimately create a agent database of highly skilled and qualified people of whom the Default Servicing Industry actively and aggressively seeks out to service their Default Real Estate Portfolio’s. This is of course a long term vision however, I strive every day to make it a reality.

Different conferences however, the same ole story, huh?

We all know sex sells and it was brought to my attention, that fact is no different at our industry conferences. At a recent conference, I had heard rumors, yes…rumors that some people come to these conferences in order to obtain new business by using their “ASSETS”, if you know what I mean?

As pure as driven snow, I was completely naïve to this phenomenon and couldn’t or just wouldn’t believe that some of the professionals I was meeting… Continue

Hi Jesse. My name is Adrian G. I just became a member. I was wondering if you can help me find Asset Managers that would help me get REO listings in Queens and Nassau County. Would like to work on REOs. My office does a lot of shortsales and I would like us to start marketing REOs, which we'd be very successful in doing.

It's unfortunate that the ask the AM was actually askmthe attny and that there is no place for comments or followup on questions/answers. Is the Am or Attny the last word. We all work this market and have legitimate opinions and answers to these comments. Yes anybody can be sued by anybody (no secrete there) Attny's only give generalizations of the law and do not even come close to what really happened or do they care to address it. Look at my photo's regarding mold and ask the attorney what to do regarding entry by REO owner or their instructions after initial photos are submitted. Not to mention what the realtor is supposed to do regarding personla health or the results of entering their property. Answer might be "anyone can sue" No kidding
