All offers are presented within 24 hours of receiving them. I provide BPO reporting w/ digital color photos, 24 hour turn-around time for drive-by inspection and/or exterior with some same day occupancy check.
Every listing is saleable when price at or below market value with my aggressive approach to see results. I aim not to place properties on the market to sit but be moved. I monitor my listings and activities every other Thursday in order to see market value to monitor price reductions accordingly until traffic is improved.
