I think this may be only the 2nd or 3rd time that I have been compelled to write a blog....But, I must say, that I was completely impressed with the conference that Bridge ASN put on.

On a resume that is? I am now working on my second REO listing, but of course, want to increase my business with a more consistent flow of work/REO listings. What should a resume look like, specifically related to REOs? Any advise or a template would greatly be appreciated.



How Do We Really Prepare Our Buyers?

Today was supposed to be the most exciting day for my buyers~the closing of their first home. Well, it did not quite work out that way. Boy, were they disappointed.

A little background....We submitted an offer on an REO property on March17. The offer was accepted by the lender. However, it took the bank almost 30 days to sign and execute the contract. I see a lot of advertisement for the "REO Power Lister" e-book. Has anyone purchased this book? If so was it worth the purchase? Any other suggestions on tangible resources that would be good for referencing?
