Go for it w/ Titanium!
Helps keeping current on Loss Mitigation and there is Short Sale opportunies if all else fails and the delinquent homeowner stick w/ you. It has forced me to work neighborhoods that I normally do not work in...and first hand knowledge what the lenders are trying to do.
