Mary, I won't be going to REOMAC because I'm not yet a member and membership is now closed to Brokers. However, I would like to visit the expo booths and meet a few of the vendors, so I may visit for a few hours.
What type of brokerage are you considering? Or have you made up your mind already? I have some excellent insight into 2 new types of brokerage models: (1) virtual office concept in which you keep 100% of your commissions by paying a small monthly fee; and (2) multi-level marketing concept in which you can collect residual income.
