Likewise, tough market here in Lee County, huh. I actually did well at that auction. I bought a gulf access lot in the SW Cape for $25,500 and sold it 30 days later for $40K. I went the latest one this past week, buyers were bidding on properties up to the price it was active on the MLS! Some people will never learn
