About me

I was a union carpenter for 30 years; during that time a close friend in real estate and my CPA convinced me of the advantages of owning property, specifically rental property .Over the last 30 years I have bought and sold numerous homes and still own several rentals. It seemed like the natural thing to put my knowledge and talent to work helping others accomplish their real estate goals. Honesty and integrity are #1 on my list, I would never compromise my ethics to make a buck I have worked full time in real estate since 2003. Since November 2007 80% of my business has been REO. My construction background has come in handy as I have installed numerous smoke detectors, changed more locks than I can count and patched many holes in drywall in the pursuit of closing these transactions. I am registered with RESNET, REO Vendor Manager and Equator. I have listed properties for Old Republic Default Management, SingleSource Property Solutions and Equity Pointe.

I paid RES.NET $650 for a banner ad on their asset manager site. I do not have 1 listing to show for my $650.

The management companies treat us like a bunch of whores to see… Continue
