I hope this doesn't start a flurry of agreements or disagreements about this topic. I want to know who might be using BPO automation, what you are using and why you like it. I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one listing. Even following up still none have gone forward to sell their homes. What kind of success have you had thus far? Richard Lawler rdlawler@netzero.net
This is a response I received "Yes we are having success with the program, although I don’t have any analysis that would tell me which areas are cooperating and which ones are not. Unfortunately I am unable to process refunds for the program."
Can you tell me privately who you contacted to get it resolved and how you requested your refund? My response came back from Servicelink Vendor Relations.
