Bringing Maine to you
I enjoy woking with ERA Today Realty, po box 1636,Naples,Me. I have been attempting to keep up with all that is happening in the world of short sales and foreclosures. I have been able to list and sell bank owned property and have a short sale under contract on the buyer side. I am able to provide the services expected by the banks, which include bpo's, clean outs, maintenance of properties, weekly checks, etc.
I am a member of several forums such as this one along with activerain and linkedin. I find these sights a great source of information gathering along with the joy of networking and meeting other agents who do the same as I do, but from other areas in the country.
I find it very necessary to stay on top of what is happening in the market both locally and nationally, along with staying on top of all the different marketing avenues offered. I look forward to working with any of you on your real estate needs.

That is great that you not in with Titanium Solutions to create business for youself.
I started over two years ago knocking the doors of homes that were likely to be upside down in the near future. Most had loans (1st and 2nd) that have adjusted or will in the near future. My goal was to let these homeowners know they do not have to pay an up front fee to anyone to find if they qualify for a loan modification. This was a great way to build my SOI.
Yet if they can not qualify for a loan modification you want to be the one to help them with a Short Sale.
The goal is first save what they have…
Best of luck to you,
Richard
I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one to listing. Even following up still none have gone forward to sell their homes. What kind of success have you had thus far? Richard Lawler rdlawler@netzero.net
