Justin, A good question! If we were doing retail sales, and farming a neighborhood the old fasioned way, the answer would be, keep doing it, and expand on what you are doing. Move to the next neighborhood over, and then the next. In REO's we need to keep attracting the attention of the AM's. Keep signing up with companies, use the REO Pro company data base as well as Realty Pilot. Read the different forums, REO Pro is great, Linked In, and Agentsonline.com. The 5 star convention in Dallas Sept 19-22 is a wonderful opportunity network with other agents and AM's. As much as we don't want to spend money, the business has changed, and we need to spend money to advance our business. Spend wisely, their are lots of people wanting to take your money. Spend money to make money! I will be attending 5 Star, but all of the forums say it is the best way to build business. Just keep doing it. You never stop, AM's move companies, leave the business, etc. An old saying I have lived by in business for years is... "If you stand still, you will fall behind!" Everyone else wants to get ahead, if I stop, they pass me by. Hope this helps.
