Glad to bel able to help. Sure use whatever you need. As I mentioned I used it for a presentation I did at my local board. If you have a contact for precident that would be great. Hear most of thier inventory will be on the East Coast.. Never hurts to try..

Not as of yet my application for them was sent delived on the 3Oth. Only reason I found out that my status changed with Fannie is because I sent the vendor desk an email checking status of my application that was on file since 03 2008. Did you apply with Precident? a
