I am certified in REO, BPO, RESNET, REOTrans, CFS(certified foreclosure specialist),CHRS (certified home redemption specialist), NABPOP (national assoc. broker price opinion professionals). and LPS desk top (invoice management for REO).
I have lived in the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia areas since 1974 and I know all the market areas very well. I am presently providing BPO service for seven (7) companies some are fee paid, others in exchange for REO listings. My REO clients include USRES, REO New Vista, New Vista/ETCREO Asset Management, Executive Asset Management, Saxon, Aurora, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Countrywide/BOA. My present REO closing ratio is 94.7% and all within the first listing period. I work with and am certifed with the asset management systems of RESNET and REOTrans. I have excellent CFK/Relocation skills. I maintain an active IDX based web site for listing and promoting all my properties. Ending the Foreclosure Crisis

I am still exploring the idea of a role REOPRO can play in the foreclosure crisis. I published a blob with my thoughts, but I have not received any reactions to that publication. I accept my approach is aggressive and far reaching, but so is the problem and solutions will require the same degree of effort and determination, but can be worth it. My blog about “ending the foreclosure crisis” was an idea to persuade banks to go along with such a program in exchange for the bailout they were getting, but I needed political cover. The plan was devised in mid 09 when there was lots of talk of nationalizing banks and having judges make decisions on bankruptcy for homeowners facing foreclosure. I have written an extensive proposal on "how to end the foreclosure crisis". I have presented it to several political leaders, but none seem to take me serious because I am not represented by a powerful lobby or industry group. I honestly believe the proposal is a win for the banks, win for the government and certainly a win for homeowers. Think of blogs as opinion editorials, they are a place where you can write down your thoughts and have others come by, read them and leave comments......so, let it rip.
