I took the class and never really followed up with the process, until recently. I sell a lot of REO props representing the buyer, I would live to pick up a few REO's as a listing agent these days:-). I've just begun the sign up prcoess with the companies from the 175 BOP/REO list that I retrieved from the ReoPro thread. Where are you in the process of doing BPO's/REO's, have you had any success?
