How to inform a bank or asset management company about their poorly performing REO agent?

I have a couple of REO agents in my area that are doing a disservice to the bank or asset management firm that hired them. For example, they consistently list the wrong information on the MLS, including an incorrect combo code, and are painfully unresponsive to phone calls even when we are in negotiations with a buyer. Overcoming the "I am hearing that housing prices are still dropping and will continue for some time" objection with buyers.

I have been hearing more and more objections from my buyers about purchasing a home TODAY because they keep hearing that the market is going to decline further, so they don't want to be in a negative equity situation. In addition, they have heard that there is going to be a "mad rush" of foreclosure properties soon, so maybe they should wait...
