  • @chuck wow! That is comical. I can't even imagine that in a bad dream...thanks guys, this was really helpful and it makes me want to move on on focus on better accounts that are really worth my valuable time. I wish everyone a great 2012.
  • Same here in Florida. There is only one that I am aware of that handles the whole state and he hires people to take one picture to be in compliant with MLS and lockboxes. Never hear from them ever and the properties are always listed wrong thus netting them less money usually. Example= listed a sixplex as a fourplex, just comical so I am trying to do it so that the data is correct.

  • Thank you for the advice...It sounds like there's nothing to persue..Next!!

  • Many Many BPO's over the years.  Only 1 listing that was a VA about 3 years ago, had listing about 2 weeks got all of the pre-marketing done then lost the listing due to Ocwen loosing the VA accout.  Quick payers but charge a small fee for their direct deposits.

  • In CT they have 1 agent (who does not even live in CT), all properties listed on MLS vacant with lock box codes, submit offers on website "gohoming.com" My opinion, this is the worst idea ever-out of state listing agent, who has never even seen properties, probably uses BPO pics from another agents under-paid work.

  • There is no connection anymore.  Ocwen mainly lists in their affiliated/owned state-wide real estate companies now called Real Home Solutions, previously Altisource Real Estate.  BPOs are through Altisource, also affiliated/owned.  Payment is quick with auto-deposit.
