AM Facebook searches

One way that I have found AM's is through facebook. I caution you thought to have patience. Here is what I did...
First I grabbed the most current list I had of website and companies. Then, I searched FB but not by the companies like you would when searching by name of a person. Lets say you search "REO****" instead of "John Doe". That is how I found Witt *******. He is wide open and may or may not add you as a friend. Then just be genuine...and attract the business.
Again I caution you, with all social media, you dont go to a party and say "Let's do business!" Knock your self out. I am finding that one out of ten are unlocked and receptive..but you have to be patient...GO FOR IT people!

HAHA! You guys are good! Prior to posted this info about AM searches...I checked to make sure Witt was not on a private setting. Well, this weekend I was sharing witth a fellow realtor and when I tried to do my AM search trick, BAM! ALL were on lock down (private setting)! Poor Witt, must have had 5000 friend requests in the last week!?! hehehehe

What an awesome post!! I encourage everybody to think about this and come up with similar ideas. There is such a huge advantage with the way that the internet is changing the whole "social media" thing. Be creative....and of course... patient.
