Don't know if I made a mistake. I did a bpo for this company a few weeks ago and they just sent me an email accepting applications for REO broker network as their listings are increasing.Has anyone had experience with this good or bad with this company? Asset Management Servicing.

Is the jury still out on whether it's worth the $200.00? Any other comments/suggestions would be appreciated. First-time post - hope I'm doing this right.

I signed up with them last week and haven't gotten a listing yet, but then I haven't gotten squat from my regular clients in the last two months either.

I did contact 2 agents that worked with them. They said that this is one of their best vendors to date. I will keep members posted.

I don't know anything about a directory, where is that directory?

Lisa, I received the same letter. If you read further you will see they want to add you to their directory for $200 and also want cut of the commission. They do not guarantee you listings. I would also like to know if anyone signed up and received business this way.

That's great Lisa! The only mistake I guess would be pricing the propety too high but I'm sure you didn't do that. Good luck with the sale and this company. May I ask who the company was that you did the BPO for? I would like to sign up with them!!
