I seem to be getting a lot of Bridge Asset information to my email from REOPRO. So, I did the complete package and was "invited" to attend their "training conference". $495 seems like a lot of money to me.......and in the email it says we will get information on how to become part of their team. I don't want to spend all that money to get down there and find out I have to spend more money, so does anyone have any more information???
You know what, I'm going to pass this round and this is why. These guys are unproven and they want me to front a whole lot of money. Sorry fellas...kiss of death with me. Other companies have done this, Absolute Reo Solutions and REO Direct Partners and produced NADA! I'm not drinking the kool aid for that price tag.

Here's the guarantee: If we do not give you listings that reimbursed you the initial membership and monthly fees by the end of the first year, we will reimburse you half of your monies paid. If by some weird phenomena we don't give you a listing through-out that year, we will return all your money - I think Jodi did a great job with her scenario - Again, thank you for your questions - I look forward to meeting you all at the conference but remember time is running out if you plan to attend - room blocks expire May 27. Hi Tara, I was contacted by Bobby Funk on yesterday. I was informed that in order to be on the team: you would have to attended the conference @ 495.00 ( all meals are included), to join you would then need to pay a one time fee of $595.00. On top of that there is a $120 montly fee. Total expenses for 1st year including everything that I just mentioned is $2,530. You are entitled to all of your commission and he did guareentee listings. He mentioned one in my area, list price @ $199,000. I forgot to ask what the commission is (something I will raise my hand for on the webinar) but if you figure at 199,000 @ 3%= 5,970, then you've made that money back in one closing. I don't believe that he is trying to beat anyone out of their money because he could bring on more than 250 agents with that being the case. Sounds good but I am just a little skeptical. I was appreciative that he decided to call and give me the update though. I hope that I don't miss the bus.
