Hello everyone,Bulk REOs seem to be an untapped market to most realtors because either many don't know hot to tap into it or don't know the process. However, even though it can be a tedious transaction, it can be very profitable as well. If anyone has investors who are looking into purchasing bulk REOs, but you don't know where to find them, feel free to contact me. My partner and I work directly with compilers at major banks and hedge-funds that are unloading big blocks of REOs. Banks need to to move the bulk units to maintain regulatory and liquidity requirements. Portfolios are being offered at incredible discounts. The larger the sale the greater the discount. I am wanting to bulk my inventory in Washington State. There is a mixture of Single Family, Waterfront, Ocean Front, Vacant Land With Timber, Condo Units, Multifamily on Subdividable land. I have many others in my Pre Listed not ready to Dispose. I am willing to resell, manage updating project, Provide Renters, or what ever the Investor needs me to do. Majority of my inventor is all REO.
I do have some one actually been looking for small package 3 - 5 M. Please state your demand..! Southern California...more so in LA, Orange county and Riverside county.
