Evaluation Solutions and getting paid????

I am wondering if anyone else is having trouble being paid by this company. I have been calling and emailing almost daily without any response. It has been 90 days and no repsonse from anyone. The phone number listed is for extensions of the people who hand out BPO's. I am so frustrated! Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can get my money?Birgit Anglin Windermere Exclusive properties isellhomes@aol.com

  • Hi Scott... NO there is nobody to talk too. That is the thing that was so frustrating. I started emailing every person I did BPO's for at evaluation solutions and begged, then threatened with an attorney and turning them in to the better business. It took about 5 months of consistent contact to them before I got my check. Not sure who finally pushed it through...I got an email one day from the black hole that said my check was in the mail. I haven't done business with them since... Have gotten a couple invitations and ignored them. I wonder if there is a way to stop this company from taking advantage of agents. Some people give up. Keep trying...
  • Does someone have a contact person & number for a rep at ES?? I've been conned into doing BPO's months ago and naven't been paid!! I WILLNOT stand for this. Can anyone help me or I guess I will have to do it myself!!
  • It took me months to get paid, and had to threaten them with contacting my attorney. I won't take any business from them anymore. Good luck!
  • I just completed two orders for them then heard news of non-payment from another agent.  Thanks for the info!  I don't think I'll waste my time with them anymore.
  • Well, after sending everyone that has emailed me from eval asking for service, I sent a final email stating I would have my attorney contact them along with filing a complaint with BBB, I FINALLY got an email from anonymous telling me that due to my email, my check was mailed to me on Friday. I haven't gotten it yet, but am hopeful. As far as working for free... yes I do that at times, however that was not the agreement with evaluation solutions. Thank you everyone for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. I am thankful to have this site to go to for support. FYI - Jessie wrote me back the same day I emailed him asking for advice.
  • After reading comments of non-payment here...I never accepted any orders from them. Now that I see so many agents being taken advantage of, I'm agoing to ask them to REMOVE my contact info. I believe they somehow need to know the value of homes going up for auction so they can bid on them. Let's unite and send them a message that they lack in professionalism and as human beings. I'm nice, but run out of patience quick for heartless people of this sort. And I disagree with Sam that one must ask IF we're going to get paid!? Hello, I don't get to go to the gas station and ask for free gas until I get paid. I would never expect anyone to work for free. Good luck, I hope you get your money.
  • When I accepted a phoned offer, I asked for more compensation and request the coordinator help me to forward to the right person. They typically called me back accept the markup. After 90 days I submit an invoice and get paid in a few weeks. As a realtor one should realize not all work completed are to be paid. One needs to ask for and know who can make it painless. The company gets lots of orders because of instant turn around time promised. Some employees send very rude pushy eMails. They are not as well trained and some people who call me are very polite and diplomatic.
  • I appreciate the feed back. I won't give up. I will be filling a complaint with the better business bearue. I beleive the the lenders who outsource to evaluation solutions should be made aware of how agents are not being paid for their services, and or what some of us have to go through to get paid. I also contacted Jesse here on REOPRO, and will take some of his suggestions as well.
  • It took me eight months to get paid, last week final got paid. Their forms are difficult, slow pay yet I see 20-25 opportuinities a week from them; perhaps that because noone is accepting their orders. Just as I'm typing this, an email from them shows up -its sunday and I'm not interested in orders from them. Good luck on collecting your fee, you have another 5 months to go.
  • Hi Birgit,
It took me a year to get paid for three BPOs! Everytime they called requesting a BPO I told them no...not until they paid me. I must have spoken to half a dozen reps and finally one of them said they'd get me paid... and they did. Best of luck!
