Thanks for all of your responses about Evaluation Solutions not paying for BPO jobs you have completed. It looks like that this company has been doing this to all for a long time. I need more testimonials of your experiences with this company so i can forward to the attorney generals office. we are going to look into class action so you would be invited to participate. please send me everything you have and don't hold back! thx

  • Evaluation Solutions - evalonline.net filed for Bankruptcy. No one will receive any money. Just the 1st of many more to close. Be careful out there!

  • For the group who are looking for payments, I was notified by an attorney back in November regarding my non payment.  I understand the company is filing a BK.  I was in constant contact trying to get payment from Lori carter and sometimes she would respond, sometimes not, and I was promised payment within a week and 2 months later....Then later was promised payment in a week...then a BK notice came.

  • Are you still working on this?  I understand they are filing BK and have been sent info from an attorney thats handling it.  I of course, am waiting to be paid.  I would like to be apart of this if you are.  let me know how I can help!

  • I don't even know where to begin.......I have not been paid for ANY BPO's I did in 2012, about $750.  I have been trying to call them since June and have talked to numerous people and sent hundreds of email without any responses.  They had never been this difficult.  I have also tried Lorie Carter (post below mine) but she does not answer phones nor respond to emails....she helped be back in Jan to get paid....I am not sure what's going on now!!! No one is answering their phones at all....they may now be screening my calls and thus not picking up??  They told me a check was mailed to me back on 10/9/12, but I never received it and my address has been correct in the profile information so they just LIED and are not even responding anymore!!!! Is there anyone who can help us???

  • I have been doing BPOs for Evaluation Solutions for about 2 years. Last year they got behind in paying me, but I was able to get it resolved with a few phone calls and emails. This year, they owed me for 14 BPOs, with the oldest one being over 100 days since completion.  My account was reconciled "several" times, but no check.  Finally I got a lady at the company who responded quickly and within 2 weeks I had a check.  Her info is as follows:

  • Hi Everyone,  Well heres a good one, I did an interior BPO for Evaluation Solutions on a house 3br 1.5 bath 1490gla.  They wanted me to change the gla to 2154sq ft  8 rooms and 5 bedrooms.  I refused and told her the tax records read differently and I was in the house it did not have 8 rooms and 5 bedrooms. Anyway after refusing to change my report she said they wouldn't pay me and pulled the report.   These people are real creeps, they shouldn't be in business.  I will tell everyone I know not to get involved with this company.

  • Add me to the list, as I sit here with a dunce cap on.  This company has a history of non-payment.  Right now they owe me $730 for 14 BPOs starting on June 20 of this year.  I haven't done any for them in over a month, yet still get a call 2 or 3 times a week.

    Writing an email to vendorinquiry is a waste of time!  They never respond.
