HomeSteps®, the REO division of Freddie Mac, will be conducting mini-interviews for listing brokers in select market areas during the Women in Diversified Services, Real Estate and Finance (WinDS) Conference on April 24, 2014, in Henderson, Nevada.

HomeSteps will be interviewing for listing brokers in the following market areas:

 

Florida -

• Lake County
• Sarasota County

 

Maryland -

• Cecil County
• Saint Mary's County

 

New Jersey -

• Cumberland County
• Gloucester County

 

Pennsylvania -

• Mercer County
• Monroe County

 

Interviews will only be scheduled for listing brokers in the market areas stated above that meet the general requirements established by HomeSteps that include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of an active real estate broker license
• Proof of a minimum of $500,000 Errors & Omissions insurance coverage
• Proof of active membership in good standing with MLS board(s) within the primary market area
• Financial capability to support ongoing expenses incurred while marketing properties

In addition, the following criteria are beneficial:

• 3 to 5 years of REO experience, preferably with corporate sellers
• Advanced BPO methodology
• Relevant and current knowledge of local market conditions, regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Active and continuing REO education and/or certifications

 

If you are in one of the above listed market areas and you meet the above listed general requirements, please complete the Supplier Profile Questionnaire available athttp://www.homesteps.com/homesteps/real/working.html. Be sure to include WINDSNV in response to item 4.9 - "Where did you hear about Freddie Mac?" on the questionnaire.

Questionnaires must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, for consideration. Not every applicant will be selected for an interview. Interview candidates will be contacted by a member of the HomeSteps Broker Management team with your interview time.
