Good morning John Gattinger,

Please call me at 302-757-2800 my name is Grace I work for Sylvester. We signed up for your company yesterday and put in orders and also paid to expedite the process. I would like to know how this will work though as it's saying that the orders will be complete by 2pm but I'm not sure how to finish them or what next step to take! I did put in a ticket but have not heard anything yet.

Actually, I'd also like to add that our platform is completely free.  Any agent can input orders, leave notes, upload documents & photos.  Our photo uploader auto resizes any images so there is no need for 3rd party image compression.  If they want to take their business to the next level then they have the option to use any of our other service offerings such as the iForm.

I agree, we take a couple data points from Zillow which are not easy to obtain in MLS systems such as estimated rent values and z values.  All the data from the comparables come from the MLS csv files the most accurate data available.  iMacros scripts can be written in a couple hours, the automation we used has taken years.  The concept of iMacros is fine transferring a limited amount of data, but do you really want to put the same Neighborhood, Subject, & Broker comments on every form? That's all iMacros does is transfer data.  If you have no market competition then cookie cutter BPO's may work fine because you're the only player in town but we serve clients in some of the most competitive markets, hence the need to upgrade to something more robust.

your video says you help us decide correct pricing based on Zillow and Trulia...I take it you are NOT a Broker/Realtor or you would know those sites prices are a JOKE!!  and at 2.50 per order I do 100-150 a month that would cost me a fortune($250 or more).  there are companies out there for $50 a month I can do as many as I want.  You are way over priced, I will stick with BPO Assistant for $50 a month with unlimited BPO's as well as tracking of my order, photo and document storage.  Amy C- Broker in Illinois

Does your software provide auto accept privileges for assignments/orders from BPO providers? I will watch the youtube videos, but, I have heard many agents say, they spend more time correcting form errors from automation software than it takes to complete the BPO manually. Herman,

It is dependent on the amount of data which can be pulled from your MLS.  Feel free to contact me at to optimize your data exports for iForm use.  The big difference on our platform is that we have customized all the drop downs and odd fields on valuation forms to match our centralized data...a programmers worst nightmare.

I find that hard to believe. Ive used software like it on trial and had to correct many things and/or fill in things it missed. Then one must check the whole thing for accuracy anyway if one wants to do a good job. I'll try it though. Gotta tell you I was a beta tester for mortgage software.
