Gwynne, I would throw this out to you. You may want to explore getting onto Res Net. Many REO companies are using this web based platform for their REO properties. It cost $250/yr. I am NOT a fan of paid sites, but I get most all my REO work now through Res Net. You may want to see if it is worth the cost to you to try it out.
As you can imagine, this question is asked often on this site and many have answered it.
I would suggest that you start by going through the blog archives and reading through related blogs. I personally have one titled "How to start doing your first reo". Just type that title or any portion of it in the blog "search" option and it will appear.
I recommend that you go through and look at some of Staci Cunningham's and John Oochi's blogs as well.
Good luck and I hope that helps.
PS. Please keep in mind, blogs are editorial types of discussions not just a question. Simple questions should be kept to the forums. Thanks for your consideration.
