  • Gwynne, I would throw this out to you. You may want to explore getting onto Res Net. Many REO companies are using this web based platform for their REO properties. It cost $250/yr. I am NOT a fan of paid sites, but I get most all my REO work now through Res Net. You may want to see if it is worth the cost to you to try it out.
  • Hi Gwynne:

As you can imagine, this question is asked often on this site and many have answered it.

I would suggest that you start by going through the blog archives and reading through related blogs. I personally have one titled "How to start doing your first reo". Just type that title or any portion of it in the blog "search" option and it will appear.

I recommend that you go through and look at some of Staci Cunningham's and John Oochi's blogs as well.

Good luck and I hope that helps.

PS. Please keep in mind, blogs are editorial types of discussions not just a question. Simple questions should be kept to the forums. Thanks for your consideration.
