OCWEN / Altisource BPO's

Hello all!

Just wondering if there's anyone out there that can assist me with an issue. I signed up with OCWEN over 1.5 years ago for BPO's and REO's. I've called several times to check on the status of my account and each time I receive the same info. That my account looks great and there's nothing needed.

My issue is that in this time frame, I have only received 1 BPO order. Very unusual and odd considering other agents in my office and competing offices receive numerous orders each day.

Therefore, does anyone have a contact there that I may call to see what's going on?

I would greatly appreciate it!

Joe

  • Working St Augustine, Jacksonville, FL and surrounding area with BPO ans REO,
  • Ocwen no longer gives out listings in most areas.  They hire out the BPO to agents  and then give the listing to their internal in house agents.  They told me this last month when I asked why I am only getting BPO's and no listings.  Needless to say, I won't be doing any more BPO's for them.  I don't enjoy spending 3-4 hours per BPO without some type of reciprocal arrangement that will benefit me in the future.  I don't need the $39.00 (less than minimum wage) not to mention the gas costs and wear & tear in my car.  Don't let them bait you by telling you otherwise.  What prompted me to ask directly is because I started seeing their signs go up and on MLS listings
  • What I did was asked one of the people in my office who they get there jobs from and call that person or ask them to set you up with they Rep from that company and do as they ask,I have done this and given some work to my co-workers by telling my Rep that you are a good workers Try this that is how I good in,good luck to you.
  • Perhaps you need to do at least one of the 2 things. Try Auto Accept BPO Automation. There is a 2 week trial and subsequently buy it. You also need to check you performance rating to see if you had a high score on the one BPO you completed. If your rating is low, they may be hesitant to give you more order.

Above all, new comers to bpo are experiencing had time. Note you are not alone. You have to persevere!

    Good luck!
