Payment for BPO's

Has anyone found a way to get payment from BrokerPriceOpinion.com? We have not been able to get paid since May. Everyone else pays great except these guys and eValonline but we do not work for them any longer. BPO.com gives me a date but nothing yet. I am putting them on hold as well now.

We are going to the five star conference next week and I hope to find some other brokers with similar problems and see if we can find a remedy. I would appreciate any input.

  • An agent in my office hasn't been paid for a bunch done in June 2010.  She told them no more BPO's until she gets paid.  So now I'm getting the phone calls to accept assignments. Done three since Christmas and if no payment by Feb. 1st then will stop.
  • Thanks Lisa, This is just an update. I just got back from 5 Star Conference and I had a check in the mail box from BPO.com. It was for all of May! Thanks BrokerPriceOpinion.com.
  • I also have issues with payment from brokerpriceopinion.com. Upon my last inquiry about payment, I was told it takes 90 days from the date the bpo was approved. Hope this helps.
  • FYI - I have just mailed a complaint letter to the Florida Attorney General for non-payment of BPO's against Evaluation Solutions (evalonline.com) For anyone else that wants to send a complaint against this company here is the address: Bill McCollum

    I will be posting this on other websites and hope that all agents that have been "burned" by this company will send a complaint letter, as the more complaints received the better our chances are of getting these BPO Mills to pay up.

  • They told me the same thing and as of today no check. I am adding them to the eValonline list as well. Thanks for the feedback.
  • James - I have refused to do anymore BPOs for evalonline because I have made numerous attempts to collect the money they owe but no no avail. I hate to hear this about BrokerPriceOpinion as well. I sent them an email and made sure that they had my correct info. They told me that they would issue a check on Sept 3rd - it is now Spet 10th and still no money! Guess I will scratch them off as well!
