Program 3648 for REO Listings

Did anyone hear of this program 3648.  You pay now $99.00 up front, $299 a month and when the short sale closes you get the buyer to pay 1% if not, you pay the company that amount.  They guarantee you 150 leads per territory.  There are so many scams and I want to know if anyone used this.  Thanks for your help.

You can go to paid site like ForeclosureRadar for ~60 bucks a month to get as many leads. Most local agents obtain leads thru MLS. As for asking the buyer to pay it is more like ss finisky buyers insist buyer agent to pay for their closing cost. Nice try but no cigar!

It's a bait and switch scam. The "leads" think you are contacting them to do a loan mod.

I don't know about this company but, it seems to me that many of the companies that were scamming agents in the roe industry are moving to the short sale field
