  • I have been signed up with res.net for about one year and got my first listing recently, Green River Capital is the lender. They have been a pleasure to work with so far. I am new to this site and see the list of partners, who do you recommend signing up with?

I also have to second the statement re: Titanium, I work with them and they have confirmed they are opening up a reo division soon, they are very nice to work with.
  • I just signed up with res.net on Monday after being approved for REOs from Old Republic. I haven't received any listings yet, but I'm more hopeful now that I've read Theresa's comment. I've been signed up with REOTrans for several months and haven't had an assignment yet.
  • If you're planning on breaking into the REO business I highly suggest signing up with RESNet. It will cost you $250 to sign up but I have found it to be well worth it. I signed up the begining of Jan. by the end of the month I rec'd a listing (via email) in Feb. I rec'd my second listing. They are very reasonable when requesting repairs (such as trees hanging on the roof or leaky plumbing). The asset managers are great to work with too with close communication and quick responses. There are already a few out there that if you want to do REO work for them you MUST be signed up with RESNet. Give it a shot and as long as you provide quick services you will get more listings.
  • What bank or Asset Management company is the best....the one that gives you a REO...lol

    Just kiddin.

Truthfully, I haven't really dealt with a solidly "great" REO company but, i can tell you a company that I am very proud to be a member of and that is Titanium.

Titanium isn't a "REO" company at the moment however, they will be opening thier REO division in the next couple months or less so, the time to get in is now.

As for RES.NET and REOTrans....well, i have been a member of RES.NET for 8 months now and never got a single assignement. I still have my membership but, I don't think my area supports enough "listings" so, I don't plan on renewing.

REOTrans, I don't know much about.

GoodmanDean, love em. They are great to work with, everytime i call them, they are always really nice and polite. It's like a disney movie over there....I suspect.
