REO SYSTEMS

It seems i am now at a point where a web based system is needed to track tasks, expenses, due date and more. Please share with me the systems you are using and why. I want to make a decision in the next week and get up and running this fall. Thank you for your time. Beth

  • I'll second eBrokerHouse.

It is the best software out there and you certainly cannot beat the price!
  • Hello Elizabeth. I don't know what area your MLS is in but ours has what's called "smart tracs". It's a big database and it's free because our dues cover it. It extracts all your listings and imports them into the system. It has a nice feature called "tasks". This is where you can give all your listings a day to get a specific task done and it will remind you. For example: buyer walk-through; give it a day and it will remind you that that particular task needs to be completed. It has the CAR listing and buyer forms in the system and you can customize it with your own listing or buyer template. Also, your buyers can upload documents into the system by a designated fax number that the system generates. Check out your MLS to see how it compares to other programs. You just might save yourself a few hundred dollars.
  • Use eBrokerhouse. I started almost 2 years ago and have never regretted it. Not only is Thomas still improving the product but it is cost effective too!
