REO/BPO Companies that don't pay....

I have worked for a ton of these companies over the years, and sometimes get companies that are hard to pay or won't pay.

I have one right now, Service (blank), that didn't pay for BPOs since the first of the year. They stated that I wasn't a provider and that I wasn't assigned these properties. I scanned every order page, submitted my BPO pay log and now....Since getting Richard with myreotogo.com involved, they are finally paying!

I got Richard involved yesterday and I received a phone call from the company in question this morning! Suddenly I have gone from not being a service provider to "the information is going to accounting and a check will be in the mail this eveing with a tracking number."

It may sound like an ad, but it is true! Call or message me, and I will get you Richard's contact information!

Finally an REO/BPO success story!

THANK YOU, RICHARD!!!

  • Hi everyone.

here is something we are doing and it works. we did this to the company by the name of E....... (dont want to say there name.

We had problems to getting paid. Here is what i did

Send this people email saying that if you do not receive your payment in next week or so than you will start contacting individual homeowners for payment. Also you will file complain with (Your state) and (There state) attorney general office, Housing urban department and mortgage company. This is what I had tried last week and I received phone call from them next day informing that they are sending me check through ups 2 days air. Hope that this works for you.

     Good luck

  • Please contact Richard at www.myreotogo.com. He can help you, and/or tell you what you need to do. HE IS AMAZING!
  • Having trouble with Evaluation Solutions who owe me for 22 BPO's. I keep calling and emailing and they keep saying my file has been excelerated but still no check for even one going back to June. Any suggestions? They keep emaling me about new work but can not continue to work for free. I think they just keep getting new agents and when they do not pay move on to the next one?
  • I did let this one go to far and usually I check. I didn't think anything of it as I had been one of their REO agents in the past. When I did e-mail, they told me that over half the properties weren't theirs and I wasn't the agent on the rest. When I copied Richard on it and told him that I authorized his management fee and to go ahead with the mechanic's lien, they called the next day! I actually got the check this Monday!

You are so RIGHT when you say we shouldn't let them get past 45 days and we need to stay on top of this! Thanks for your input!
  • We had a ton of non-pays from one company.....when I wouldnt continue without payment they found another agent to do them....but we called, emailed and harrassed them until we finally got paid for all....took over 8 months to get paid on 4 months of BPO's at approximately 15 a month. Did learn something: always make sure no one is over 45 days.....I wasnt checking and it got out of control. What really upset me was that they didnt miss a blink and I never knew who they might have found to be their next "sucker".....don't give up on payment. Every time I had a spare minute I would "dial for dollars" or "email for dollars".....the dialing was the most productive.
